The RAC Plus I from JAMAR Technologies, Inc. brings the accuracy, reliability and productivity of using a vehicle installed distance measuring instrument within the reach of everyone. All distance and speed information can be read directly from the RAC Plus I's display - no software is required to view your data. This unit is a replacement for our older model RAC-100 DMI.

New Smaller Case
Durable, light weight case (7.8" x 2.3" x 1.2") allows you to mount the DMI virtually anywhere inside the vehicle.
Dual LED Display
These large, bright displays seperate distance data from speed, calibration number, vehicle number, time & menu selections.
Four Brightness Levels
The easily accessible DIM button allows you to select the display brightness level best suited for ambient light conditions.
Accurate
Distance measurements are acurate to 1ft per mile, even in slow speed applications.
Menu Driven
Accessible by the MENU button, this simplifies the selection of the various opeational capabilities of the device.
Distance Conversion
Easily converts distance shown on the display rom Feet to Miles/1000ths to Kilometers/meters.
Count & Display Hold
Freeze the display while continuing to accumulate distance with Display Hold, or stop accumulation of distance with Count Hold.
Pre Distance
Set a Pre-Distance value if starting at a known distance location, with the option to count up/down or add/subtract distance from current display.
Interval Distance
Display distance intervals between points of interest(i.e. Telephone Poles, Signs, Pavement Markings, Intersections, etc.)
Automatic Calibration
Allows quick, simple calibration on all vehicles. Up to four seperate vehicle calibration numbers can be stored in memory, making multi-vehicle usage easy.
Distance Pulse Output
Send a calibrated distance pulse to a laptop computer or ancillary equipment. The interval and duration is selectable from the keyboard.
Self Test
A power-on self test (POST) is performed each time the DMI is turned on. As part of the POST, the calibration number is displayed for your verification.
Direct Plug-in Compatibility
Can be plugged directly into most existing vehicle wiring for a distance measuring instrument, allowing you to quickly and easily upgrade your DMI to the latest technology.
